Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:
 
1. If the buyer applies for a refund before placing the order or providing services, we will verify and issue a full refund.

2. After the goods have been shipped or the services have begun to be executed, if the refund is due to quality issues, inaccurate descriptions, our mistakes, or other reasons, we will process a full refund for the buyer and bear the corresponding shipping costs or losses.

3. If the buyer applies for a refund due to personal reasons (such as changing their mind, incorrect address, personal needs change, etc.), we will refund the remaining amount after deducting reasonable costs such as logistics and labor, provided that the goods are not used and do not affect secondary sales.

4. If the product has been used, opened and affects secondary sales, or the service has been delivered, no refund will be given except for quality issues.

5. All refunds will be returned according to the original payment path after the application is approved, and the refund will be processed through the payment channel.
